Sign up for Junior Team Tennis for Summer 2007 at the YMCA . . .  

Registration is underway for the 2007 Junior Team Tennis summer leagues at the YMCA.  This program is for boys and girls ages 6 to 18.  Co-ed teams of at least 3 boys and 3 girls compete in leagues based upon skill level.  Each match is 2 singles, 2 doubles, and 2 mixed doubles matches.  For $30, each player gets to compete in six weekly matches, one hour of practice per week , and a USTA Junior Team Tennis T-shirt. The league season is June 11 to July 21. 

The weekly schedule:
  18-and-under Advanced = Mondays 6-8 p.m. (director is Tim Cleland)
  18-and-under Intermediates and 14-and-under Advanced = Thursdays 6-8 p.m.
  18-and-under Beginners = Wednesdays 12-2 p.m.
  14-and-under Intermediates and 12-and-under Advanced = Wednesdays 4-6 p.m.
  14-and-under Beginners = Thursdays 2-4 p.m.
  10-and-under Advanced, Intermediates and Beginners = Thursday 5:30-6:15 p.m. (practice Mondays 5:30-6:15)
     (minimum age is 6 years old)
